- Facilitate teamwork and creative practices among staff

- Ensure health and safety compliance for all members
- Maintain accurate documentation for licensing inspections
- Support onboarding and training for new hires Requirements:
- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with 3 years' experience

- Certified in First Aid and CPR Level C
