You will engage in planning and evaluating educational activities, addressing the diverse needs of every child. With a commitment to community values, this role emphasizes the importance of empathy and respectful communication. Key Responsibilities:

- Support High/Scope educational approach in curriculum
- Assist E.C.E. in program planning reflecting children's interests




- Participate in children's progress observation and assessment
- Provide individual program plans for children with special needs
- Maintain equipment and activity areas for optimal learning Requirements:
- Prior experience in child care or educational settings
- Knowledge of early learning best practices
- Solid skills in communication and organization
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
