This Associate

Director role focuses on data-driven insights and operational support while fostering cross-functional collaboration. As part of the US Alexion HCP Engagement Operations team, you will lead analytics initiatives across disease areas in the Rare Disease Unit. This position involves engaging with various stakeholders, including Disease Area leads, to support high-quality analytics and compliance checking.

Your insights will directly impact major business decisions and engagement strategies for HCPs. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations




- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit readiness
- Manage Smartsheet updates for process alignment
- Support cross-functional collaborations for reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Data Science, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of analytics experience in pharma/biotech
- Proficient in Smartsheet and Excel
- Robust data integration and manipulation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
