Responsible for overall team results as measured through established Service Partner Agreements, Employee Opinion Surveys, and various other formal and informal conduits.
Develops and monitors service quality, dealing with Service Partner/Client service issues in a qualified manner Builds and leverages relationships with Business Partners/Service Providers Proactively assess obstacles and identifies opportunities to improve overall team performance Actively engages in testing and verification of routine system upgrades, BCP processes, and regulatory initiatives Ensures adherence of operations risk policies as outlined in policies, procedures, standards and guidelines instructions and ensures processes and controls are in place to minimize operations risk Ensures People, and Process decisions are made within framework of COO Group Management delegations Responsible for ensuring input, suggestions,
