Candidates must possess excellent customer, CRM, and follow‑up skills while maintaining the highest level of CSI with the manufacturer. Candidate must have positive team‑oriented mentality and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Applicants should also be self‑motivated and a fast learner.

Responsibilities - Meet monthly forecast for sales volume sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with local businesses and retail consumers.
- Follow up on daily CRM objectives with the current sales staff.
- Motive and Lead Sales Team.
- Manage New and Used Car Inventory.
- Ensure salespeople are informed of all current inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives.
- Work with the General Manager to forecast monthly sales expenses.
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
- Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
- Working knowledge and the importance of online reputation




- Other duties may be assigned by management.

Qualifications - 5 + years Automotive Sales Management REQUIRED!

- Strong understanding of Finance Department operations.
- Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
- Strong take‑charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include recruiting, training and motivating.
- A complete understanding of all E commerce, CRM and consistent follow up regiment. Momentum CRM experience a PLUS.
- Porsche or High Line experience a PLUS.
- Excellent attitude with a high‑energy personality.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process‑driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Bilingual a PLUS
- College degree or experience preferred.
