Job Summary:

The Auto Protection Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality automotive protection and appearance services, including professional detailing, window tint installation, Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating applications, and vinyl graphics installation. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver exceptional workmanship, maintain high attention to detail, operate specialized tools and equipment safely, and ensure every vehicle meets Clean Car Detailing's quality standards. This position plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping maintain the company's reputation for premium automotive protection services

Responsibilities:

- Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Install automotive window tint with a high standard of quality.
- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Vinyl Wraps on vehicles.
- Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection products.
- Perform paint decontamination, clay bar treatment, polishing, and paint correction.
- Install vinyl wraps, decals, and vehicle graphics.
- Remove contaminants, stains, oxidation, and surface imperfections.
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies in good working condition.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle condition and recommended services.




- Follow company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in window tint installation, Paint Protection Film (PPF), vinyl wrap or graphics installation, ceramic coating application, or a recognized certification or formal training in one or more of these automotive protection services.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely operate detailing, polishing, and installation equipment.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 25 kg, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
