PCL Energy is seeking Journeyperson B Pressure Rig Welders for a 10 day outage at a major project in Coquitlam, BC.

August 4, 2026 until August 14, 2026. Start on days and move to nights on August 10.

Work Conditions & Remuneration:

- Base wage: $122.60/hr
- LOA: $150 per day worked, for those who qualify
- Daily and rotational travel allowances available for those who qualify
- Schedule: August 4-9 on days, move to nights August 10-14
- 12 hour shifts
- Must successfully pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Safety training provided

As a B Pressure Rig Welder for our PCL Energy Edmonton District , you will contribute to our team by:

- Holding a valid Journeyperson Welder certificate with B-Pressure ticket (ABSA/TSBC/TSASK)
- Successfully completing weld qualifying tests - F3-F4 SMAW, F6-F5 GTAW/SMAW, F6 GTAW (MAX)
- Demonstrating strong experience in carbon, stainless, and duplex steel welding
- Being able to work in a group or alone
- Being able to take direction
- Being safety conscious and adhering to all PCL safety processes and policies
- Meeting qualification and training requirements based on specific work conditions
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Other qualifications may be required
