THE ROLE As a Bar Supervisor, you will contribute to an excellent customer experience in the military messes, golf, curling and marinas bar operations.
You will organize, supervise and schedule the day-to-day bar activities for the bar staff for big events and the everyday moments. You will build a rapport with the military community and be part of various military traditions.
The Bar
Supervisor will provide administrative support to bar operations and a variety of services such as preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory of bar stock and ordering supplies and assisting in the set-up and take down of social and military functions. prepare reports on cash/inventory transactions such as daily sales reports (DSR) and ensure compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations.

High school diploma and several years of experience in beverage sector or a related field Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (ON) Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (ON) Food Handling Certification, as required Valid Driver’s Licence (ON), an asset In bar operations In preparing bank deposits and floats In inventory control In event planning and organizing LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential Writing: Healthcare spending account, virtual care (telemedicine), Employee and Family Assistance Program and mental health support.
