We are looking for a skilled Backend Performance Testing Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing tools, system diagnostics, and database validation to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of backend systems under high load conditions.

- Test Execution: Design, script, and execute robust load, stress, and endurance tests using performance tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, K9).
- Diagnostics & Tracing: Utilize Dynatrace to monitor system health, profile PurePaths, and identify memory leaks or high latency areas.
- Database Optimization: Perform extensive backend testing by writing and executing strong SQL queries to validate data integrity, verify transactions, and check database bottlenecks under heavy traffic.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to analyze test metrics (response times, throughput,



CPU/memory usage), pinpoint root causes, and recommend optimizations.
- Setting Troubleshooting: Support infrastructure and test environments; investigate hardware and software constraints utilizing modern K9 (or Kubernetes) infrastructure tools.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong experience in backend performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or K9
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics
- Proficiency in SQL with experience in database performance validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
