As a People and Safety Specialist, your role encompasses overseeing compliance with health and safety legislation while supporting workplace accommodations and leave management.

You will act as a liaison between employees and leadership, addressing health and safety concerns. Your expertise will be vital in promoting a safe and compliant working setting across multiple provinces, including Quebec. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety programs
- Manage documentation of workplace incidents thoroughly




- Facilitate Joint Health and Safety Committee activities and compliance
- Support the administration of employee accommodations
- Analyze trends related to workplace injuries and absenteeism Requirements:
- Relevant education in Human Resources or Health & Safety
- CHRP or CHRL designation required or in progress
- 3-5 years of HR experience with health and safety focus
- Familiarity with employment rights and health & safety laws
