ASI Group Canada is seeking a Bi-lingual French Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare quotes for building owners, contractors and tender opportunities
- Complete pre-qualification documents, review drawings and specifications and develop proposals
- Coordination of design, material, labor, subcontractors and change orders
- Maintain follow up with customers
- Order and Quote entries

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Bi-lingual French
- MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Detail oriented and proficient with numbers
- Strong time management skills with a natural sense of urgency
- Positive, personable with a team first attitude
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical information
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $21.00 per hour
