The North Bay Central Ambulance Communications Centre (CACC), part of the North Bay Regional Health Centre, handles thousands of emergency calls daily and coordinates EMS responses across multiple districts. We seek qualified ambulance communications officers with English fluency, CPR/First Aid certifications, and relevant training.

Applicants must meet education requirements (OSSD, ambulance communications course, 911 course) and possess or be willing to obtain ACO experience, with bilingual
