Bilingual Disability Administration Coordinator — Remote

Responsibilities:
- Review and assess external communications to ensure compliance with privacy protocols and client-specific communication guidelines.
- Apply a high level of attention to detail to help prevent privacy breaches.
- Reconcile inconsistent or inaccurate information and provide feedback to case managers and leaders when privacy, confidentiality, or communication guidelines are not met.
- Analyze communications and document trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage a group email inbox efficiently while maintaining quality standards and turnaround times.
- Assist with administrative case management activities, including email communications, tool referrals, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Case Managers, Operations Specialists, Associate Managers, Plan Sponsors, and Plan Members.
- Review information being communicated externally to uphold privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Document findings and provide recommendations regarding communication quality and required corrections.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary education at the college or university level is required.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe.
- Ability to probe, investigate, apply critical judgment, solve problems, and take ownership of discrepancies and issues through to resolution.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required to review, analyze, and support communications with internal and external stakeholders across Canada.
