For over 25 years we have dedicated every day to the happiness of retirees.Executive Director – Role OverviewThe Executive Director is responsible for leading a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, and delivering a superior "More Living" experience to residents. The position combines operations, sales, finance, and customer service leadership to meet and exceed occupancy, financial, and service targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall management of a retirement residence, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and strict compliance with collective agreements.Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional resident care and service.Operate as the operations strategist, optimizing fiscal resources and implementing policies that uphold industry standards and regulations.Drive sales and occupancy, promoting the residence within the local market and attaining occupancy targets.Set and monitor financial targets, including employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit.Build strong relationships with employees, residents, families, regional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to enhance communication and continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of five years management experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or a related industry.Experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a unionized setting.Strong leadership, organizational,
