You will play a crucial role in talent management, conducting store visits, and addressing employee relations issues while collaborating closely with Regional Support Managers. Your expertise in HR best practices and coaching will guide store owners in performance management and engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with franchisees on employee relations matters
- Conduct store visits to assess engagement
- Manage discrimination and harassment investigations
- Advise on CNESST claims and related litigation
- Deliver HR leadership training for talent development Requirements:
- Expert bilingualism in English and French
- Minimum 3 years of HR advising experience
