Join Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps as a Bilingual Intake and Support Worker. Ensure campers have successful experiences through application processing and community engagement, both on-site and remotely. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Registration and Travel, focusing on the intake and support of youth campers in Ontario. You will provide assistance to French-speaking families and manage camper registrations for various programs.

Your role is crucial in fostering community relationships, ensuring timely application processes, and supporting families from underserved backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main contact for campers and families
- Provide customer service to French-speaking stakeholders
- Ensure accurate completion of camper applications
- Support mental health and behavior follow-ups
- Communicate travel plans and assist with arrangements Requirements:
- 1-3 years in social work or youth support
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with youth aged 12-16
- Understanding of challenges faced by low-income youth
