Play a crucial role in improving software adoption and user confidence. Focusing on Fixed Operations, you’ll be responsible for customer training and support during the implementation of PBS v10 Apex.

Your efforts will aim to boost operational efficiency and ensure the effective use of software tools through tailored virtual training sessions and ongoing support. Engage and educate users to maximize their software experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide training to optimize use of PBS v10 Apex
- Master all areas of the software for effective customer support
- Conduct virtual training sessions focused on user engagement
- Follow up with customers for enhanced retention and success
- Identify customer gaps for further training needs Requirements:
