AIM Recycling is hiring a Bobcat Operator in Laval, focusing on operating heavy equipment and ensuring efficient material management. This full-time position promotes safety and meticulous operations in our recycling yard. We are looking for a skilled Bobcat Operator to work from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, at our Laval facility.

In this position, you will load and unload trucks, assess material quality, and perform routine inspections on equipment. Maintaining a clean and well-organized yard is fundamental to our operations and environmental goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the loader and excavator for operations
- Manage loading and unloading of trucks
- Assess the quality of incoming materials
- Conduct daily checks on equipment for safety
