Family owned and operated and looking for experienced team players!Location:Red Deer, AB (Gasoline Alley)Position:DispatcherDescription:This is an exciting, high-energy role and we are looking for candidates that can bring the enthusiasm, positivity, and the attention to detail required to be successful.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Fielding customer calls and requests, and building strong positive relationships with customers, co-workers and contractors.Planning, coordinating, overseeing and invoicing jobs.Communicating job details to drivers/subcontractors and working with operations management to drive equipment utilization, maximizing efficiency and mitigating risks.Accurately and quickly sorting incoming paperwork, completing field invoices,



as well as important data entry.Day-to-day monitoring of drivers log books/ELD system in accordance with Federal Commercial Drivers Hours of Service regulations.Day-to-day monitoring of driver paperwork and safety violations.Schedule:Full time, 10 days on, 4 days off. Alternating on-call schedule with one other Dispatcher. 24 hours availability required when on-call.Wage:Salary position, starting at $72,000 per year based on experience. Comprehensive benefits program, including Health Spending Account.We Provide:Relevant safety, hours of service and job specific training.
