Join our team as a Building Maintenance Worker, where you'llplay an important role in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and operating attheir best. We're looking for a hands-on, dependable team member with apositive attitude who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in maintaining afirst-class facility.

Responsibilities

- Performroutine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout thefacility and grounds.
- Maintainthe cleanliness and appearance of the facility during operating hours.
- Monitorthe facility for safety and security concerns and respond appropriately.
- Troubleshootand perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems,appliances, and building equipment.
- Performroutine grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, snowremoval, ice control, and exterior property upkeep.
- Assistwith setting up and tearing down rooms and equipment for special events.
- Assistwith snow removal and other seasonal grounds maintenance as required.
- Maintainaccurate inventory records, maintenance logs, and related documentation.
- Completehazard assessments and comply with all Occupational Health and Safetypolicies and procedures.




- Performother maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum2 years of building maintenance experience; experience maintainingrecreational or commercial facilities is considered an asset.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Experiencewith basic repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generalbuilding maintenance.
- Experienceor knowledge of pool operations, ice arena facilities, and recreationalbuilding systems is considered an asset.
- Knowledgeof the secure operation of hand tools, power tools, and maintenanceequipment.
- ValidAlberta Class 5 driver's License.
- Workingknowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation.
- Abilityto safely perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50lbs.
- Strongproblem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Availabilityfor:
- Dayshift 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Eveningshift 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., including weekends.

- Successfulcompletion of a criminal record check will be required.
