Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Crew Member to assist in our innovative drone cleaning operations, primarily for commercial properties (with some residential and industrial work as needed).

In this starting role, you would support the drone team by handling ground-level tasks such as turning on pressure washer engines, monitoring and ensuring the safety of lines under the drone, and helping with setup and cleanup. A general sense of how pressure washing works is preferred.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone open to learning a new skill. If you’re interested in advancing to become a drone pilot with us, we will provide the necessary training and knowledge. Pay increases for the drone pilot role can be discussed later as you grow with the company.

Responsibilities

- Assist with ground support for drone cleaning operations on commercial property exteriors, including buildings, windows, facades, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
- Turn on pressure washer engines and manage related equipment during operations
- Monitor and ensure the safety of lines and hoses under the drone
- Help with ground-based preparation, equipment handling, post-cleaning tasks, and site cleanup
- Utilize basic hand tools (provided) to support cleaning and maintenance activities
- Conduct minor equipment upkeep as needed
- Deliver high-quality commercial cleaning support tailored to client needs




- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes
- Maintain strict safety standards during all operations, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals
- Communicate professionally with the team and clients to understand needs and provide updates
- Ensure all supplies, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use

Experience & Requirements
- A general understanding of pressure washing and related outdoor cleaning environments is preferred
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, pressure washing, soft washing, or similar roles is a plus
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks, including heavy lifting
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Must be open to learning drone piloting and obtaining necessary certifications if advancing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
