BULK PLANT OPERATOR – HINTON (HNT) The Bulk Plant Operatorreports to the Base Manager and is responsible for the safe operation ofequipment while in station, customer location, and during travel.

Responsibilities

- Ensure thatTrican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is thepriority in all activities - Blend chemicalsto customer specifications - Operate aforklift in a secure and responsible manner while loading and unloading allproducts and containers.




- Coordinate allincoming and outgoing shipments of products and containers - Participate inthe investigation of any incidents involving failure in compliance withpolices and regulations - Perform pre andpost trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms - Establish andmaintain effective communication with colleagues - Assist in shopand yard as needed - Participate inother safety audits, as required - Handle sensitiveor difficult issues with grace and confidentiality Experience& Skills:
- Valid Class 5Driver's license is required - High schooldiploma is an asset - Safe drivingskills: driver’s abstract will be requested - Physically fit –heavy lifting required - Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadershipand managerial skills - Skilled inproblem-solving techniques WhatMakes Us Attractive:
