Role Responsibilities Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

- Perform analysis on business and technical requirements provided.
- Facilitate the session(s) to gather all requirements/create the user stories.
- Document confirmed requirements/work with Product Owner on User Stories.
- Provide clarifications and support to project team during design, development and testing phases
- Understands Software Development Life Cycle and can effectively perform BA tasks for each of the project phases.
- Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
- Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
- Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Become SME and provide support during various phases of Testing and Post-Production validation.




- Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Must-Have Skills - 10+ years of experience as a delivery lead in wealth management or finance systems (e.g. GL conversions)
- Ability to work with technology stakeholders (Solution Architects, Developers, QA) and business stakeholders
- Experience with requirements gathering, analysis and data mapping activities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Project for maintaining project schedules.

Experience with managing monthly forecasting

- Experience in leading teams and ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget and high quality
- Experience working with QA on root cause analysis, triaging and creating testing metrics.
- Experience working on large transformation programs and conversion projects
- Solid SDLC experience in waterfall and agile methodologies Nice to Have Skills - Previous Data Analyst/
