Business Analyst – Spanish Spoken

Location: 150 King Street, 26th floor or 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4. Manager is versatile.

Work arrangement: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred

Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm

Typical Day in Role

- Working sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flows
- Manage the deliverables to meet target timelines
- Manage agile delivery board for tracking deliverables
- Assemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentation
- Design stimulation exercises for resiliency activities
- Identify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement options
- Collaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutions

Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills





- 8+ years of experience as a BA within FI
- 3+ years of experience within payment product Wires, ACH, EFT or International Money Transfer
- Strong operational knowledge on payment processing protocol
- Experience with end‑to‑end application journey mapping/process flow mapping
- Spanish proficiency is mandatory

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Strong proficiency with MS Visio and PPT
- BA experience at top 5 banks in Canada
- Experience in development or infrastructure operation areas
- Experience working with Jira/Confluence
