Business Consultant, Data Warehouse & BI Reporting

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Business Consultant, Data Warehouse & BI Reporting for a 6–9-month contract (depending on workload). This role is with our Crown Corporation client in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for one. This role is hybrid, requiring at least two days a week in the office at Dundas Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing SQL Server and Snowflake systems, including access management and maintenance
- Supporting data modeling and integration between Snowflake and SimCorp Dimension
- Developing and building tables on Snowflake based on business requirements
- Automating data transformation, ingestion, and extraction through scripting
- Creating data visualizations using Power BI and Snowflake Streamlit
- Managing and maintaining the GitHub repository





Minimum requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Experience with pension/investment data
- Proficiency in ETL processes and tools
- Strong skills in Python programming and SQL
- Familiarity with investment applications such as Bloomberg, SimCorp, etc.
- Experience with cloud solutions like Snowflake
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Power BI and Python libraries
- Expertise in data management and database administration
- Knowledge of trading lifecycle and investment workflows
- A CFA designation is a solid asset
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
