We offer dynamic opportunities across travel services, and we are looking for an Air Product Specialist to strengthen our flight product offerings.About The OpportunityJoin a high-impact product team where your expertise in air travel sourcing, pricing, and supplier partnerships will directly influence our competitive edge. As an Air Product Specialist, you will shape market-leading flight offers across multiple channels, collaborate with global and regional teams, and empower consultants with tools and knowledge to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify best-in-market air deals to ensure strong product availability across core, campaign, and tactical rangesPartner with Supply/Procurement teams to secure competitive, exclusive offers aligned with strategyNegotiate supplier deals that support campaign and promotional calendarsBuild and maintain strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationshipsManage the full lifecycle of product offers from sourcing through execution and retirementCurate and maintain a library of “hot offers” tailored to market needsEnsure product content is accurate, compelling, and optimized across all platformsAdapt global offers for regional relevance while maintaining brand consistencyMonitor product performance and provide optimization recommendationsAnalyze sales data, conversion, margins, and campaign effectivenessConduct competitive analysis to maintain market relevance and advantageDeliver reporting and insights to inform product strategy and decisionsCollaborate with Learning & Development teams to support training and enablement initiativesDevelop product guides, tools,
and training to enhance consultant capabilityCoordinate supplier training sessions and webinarsPartner with Revenue Management & Pricing teams for optimal pricing strategiesWork with offshore teams to ensure accurate and efficient deal loadingSupport new product launches and supplier onboarding initiativesMaintain accuracy and integrity of product data across systemsAct as liaison between category teams and country packaging specialistsContribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.Experience & Qualifications5+ years of travel industry experience with robust category product focus2+ years in a product role involving sourcing and deal creationStrong experience negotiating with suppliers and managing partnershipsProven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionExperience working cross-functionally with global and remote teamsStrong understanding of flight products, pricing structures, and fare rulesAdvanced GDS proficiency (Sabre/Amadeus)Knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulationsExperience developing or supporting training and enablement initiatives preferredExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong commercial and business acumenExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWork PerksHave fun: At the heart of everything we do at Flight Centre is a desire to have fun.Reward & Recognition: Celebrate successes at regular Buzz Nights and the annual Global Gathering.Use your smarts: Our people use their quick thinking, expertise,
