missing parts or measurement discrepanciesPhysical Labour:Engage in demanding physical tasks to support production activitiesPhysical Activity:Stand, walk, crawl, lift and carry heavy items as required to support productionBlueprint Reading:Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly processesMeasurement:Use measuring tools to perform mathematical calculations, including converting fractions to decimals, to ensure precisionTool Use:Operate air and electric hand tools efficiently to complete tasks effectivelyIndependent Work:Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goalsTeam Collaboration:Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skillsSafety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols, ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a clean and organized work environmentJob Type:Wage Range:$21.80-$30.00/based on experienceExperience:1 year of manufacturing (Required)1 year of welding (Preferred)Job Location:Kingston, ONShifts:Rotating early morning and afternoon shifts (Monday – Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm and Monday – Thursday 2:30pm - 12:30am)Every other Friday offWeekend shifts not required (occasional overtime is not mandatory and is dependent on factory needs)*Reliable transportation is required*This job posting is for an existing vacancy.Haakon utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the initial application screening process.
