Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills:

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst
- Robust Banking domain experience
- Hands-on experience with Global Account Transfers
- Experience in Liquidity Management
- Expertise in gathering and documenting Business, Functional, and Non-Functional Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting production releases, issue triage, and product quality
- Functional testing and QA validation experience

Preferred Skills:

- Agile/Scrum methodology

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirement documents.
- Work closely with business, development, and QA teams.
- Support production releases, incident management, and functional testing.
- Ensure successful delivery of banking products and process improvements.
