Business System Analyst (Credit Card) Dawn InfoTek Inc is a professional IT consulting team that partners with major financial institutions, investment firms and government sectors. We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Contract duration: 6 months with potential extension Hybrid: 2 days a week in office located in downtown Toronto Key Responsibilities - Requirements gathering by joining application design solutioning sessions with our architecture, development, - Join daily agile meetings to work with product owner, the POD team members - Facilitate gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements, and turn them into use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, etc. to meet development and stakeholder needs.

- Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional (for business needs) and non-functional requirements (such as reporting, performance, interfaces, and constraints.) - Document in JIRA and Confluence.
- And work with Dev's for clarification Extensive Agile Delivery Experience 1.

Experience working side-by-side with Product Owners 2.

Experience with running/ hosting agile ceremonies, as needed 3. Solid stakeholder management experience,



liaising with various stakeholders to support requirements gathering/finalization Strong Business Analysis Experience 1. Requirement elicitation and development 2. Analytical and problem-solving skills; creativity and ability to think outside the box 3. Requirements, delivery planning and estimation 4. Downstream impact analysis Strong Leadership Experience 1.

Experience with large complex projects - Especially Digital Migration initiatives that touched operations/contact centres as well as digital 2.

Experience with initiatives that have client, employee, and technology impacts 3. Delivery timelines management, Risk mitigation 4. Verbal & written communication and presentation skills; ability to tell the art of the possible 5.

Collaboration & team skills; negotiating with tech and partner product teams to get things done 6. Data driven decision making; decisiveness over analysis paralysis Required Skills - 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within FI/banking - 2+ years previous experience with bank online banking/credit cards application - 3+ years’ experience within an Agile environment using JIRA/Confluence Education - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
