Key Responsibilities

- Source and qualify leads via dealership channels, social media, and local listings
- Provide clear information on pricing, estimates, features, and promotions
- Guide customers through the buying journey from contact to appointment and follow-up
- Collaborate with teams and report progress to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
- Manage systems to track leads, appointments,



and outcomes
- Stay updated on automotive trends, market pricing, and inventory

Requirements

- Friendly and confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Interest in the automotive industry (no prior experience required)
- Comfortable using systems, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
- VSA License is a plus
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean record
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
