Tormynak Contracting is an established cabinetry and high-end finishing company operating in the Calgary area. We manage a diverse, year-round pipeline of projects and are currently seeking experienced, reliable Subcontractors / Independent Trades to partner with us for ongoing installation labor.

We handle everything from precision matching to large-scale custom layouts. If you run a tight ship, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want a consistent stream of installation work without the stress of chasing leads or quoting materials, we want to hear from you.

Our Project Scope Includes:

- Insurance Restoration: Precision partial repairs, seamless damage matching, and targeted cabinetry replacements.
- Residential Custom Work: High-end full kitchen and vanity installations, built-ins.
- Commercial Projects: Durable millwork, retail fixtures, and commercial cabinetry setups.
- Finishing: Precision trim, molding, and high-quality finishing installations.

How We Operate (What We Provide):

- Materials Supplied: We handle the logistics. Tormynak will supply and deliver the materials, cabinetry, hardware, and finishes directly to the job site the majority of the time.
- What We Need From You: Your expert labor, tools, and craftsmanship to get the job done efficiently and cleanly.
- Streamlined Payments: Predictable, reliable payment structures so you can focus on the build, not the invoicing paperwork.

Subcontractor Requirements: To ensure a successful partnership and maintain our site safety standards, all subcontractors must possess:

- Proven Experience:



Demonstrated expertise in high-end cabinetry installation, millwork, or finishing carpentry.
- Business Registration: A registered business name and a valid GST number.
- Compliance & Insurance: Active WCB Coverage and a Commercial General Liability (CGL) Insurance policy (Minimum $3M).
- Tools & Transport: Your own professional-grade installation tools, ladders, consumables, and reliable transport/truck capable of handling daily site logistics.
- Quality & Cleanliness: A commitment to leaving job sites clean daily and a keen eye for fine details.
