Touching Lives.Job purposeResponsible primarily for the cleaning of compounding suites, as part of the process of compounding pharmaceutical creams, ointments, gels and liquids.Duties and responsibilitiesComplete G.M.P. documents, such as the Batch Record, cleaning & sanitizing logs, housekeeping logs and other documents / log records pertaining to manufacturingFollow safety rules/regulations and report any workplace injuries or accidents. Assist when required to improve equipment safety related procedures. Wash and sanitize compounding roomsComplete Magnehelic Gauge readings on a per shift basisPerform housekeeping duties which include accurate dilution of disinfectants, wearing of necessary PPEs and working safely while performing the tasksMaintain a clean and organized working workplace. Participate and assist with continuous improvement projects in 5SComplete all GMP Documentation correctly and in a timely mannerComplete all training assignments and maintain personal training recordsEnsure all raw material containers being transferred into compounding department are in a clean state. If not, clean as necessary.Perform wash up of Miscellaneous compounding equipmentLearn proper techniques of assembling and disassembling of equipment including Mixers, Homogenizers, PumpsLearn the process of weighing of raw materials which include daily verification of scales and selection of correct scales for weighing purposeParticipate in Internal,

Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors,



including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
