## Front End Team Lead - Full TimeApplylocations:Calgary, ABtime type:Full timeposted on:Posted Todaytime left to apply:End Date: August 13, 2026 (30 days left to apply)job requisition id:R260270**Summary:**Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, the Front End Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day to day operation of a retail store department.**Responsibilities:*** Provide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the manager* Delegate tasks and work assignment to team members by giving clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper execution* Foster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processes* Ensure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, following up to provide correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the manager* Perform administrative tasks related to their assigned department* Provide legendary customer service by identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off this analysis* Promote company programs to team members and customers* Maintain visual presentation standards including in-store signage, merchandise recovering/front facing, restocking, remerchandising, dusting,
