We are looking for energetic Food & Beverage staff to join the team to deliver an excellent guest experience at The CLE. We have several concessions and are hiring for a variety of positions ranging from deep frying & grilling to serving and cashier for the 5 days of the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition 2026.

Must be available all days of the fair. Must be available on weekends. Only those available for all days will be hired.

Part time and full time hours available. Shifts range from 8hr to full days*. Must be available all 5 days. Longer shifts are encouraged. Additional work is available for those willing to travel, feel free to inquire about travel positions.

Duties Include

- Cooks / Fry
- Cashier
- Prep

Responsibilities
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Previous experience with deep fryers not required but preferred
- Must work well in fast pace environment
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

- ON Food Handlers Safety Certificate (can provide link to take this course online, fairly straight forward)
- Be 16 years of age or older on Aug 1.




- Be legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada.
- MUST be available to work for all 5 days of the The Ex.
- Complete and comply with all required training and policies, including Covid-19 safety specific items.
- MUST be able to stand for long periods of time.

Pay starting a minimum wage. Include a copy of your resume, a little bit about yourself, and your availability for each day of the fair. Open availability + eagerness to work is highly preferred. Previous experience is an asset but not needed. Incomplete emails will be ignored. Be as specific as possible. EOE.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
