Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using POS system.
- Manage cash handling duties with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in food handling areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean,



organized workspace in both the front of house and kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver productive service, manage time effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Experience

- Previous food service experience is highly preferred, especially in restaurant or quick-service environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for processing transactions efficiently.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, basic math skills for cash handling, and understanding of food safety standards are essential.
- Experience in cashiering combined with strong customer service skills will help you excel in this role.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry will be advantageous for supporting food prep tasks.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a rapid-paced restaurant setting are key qualities we value highly.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
