Position Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and flexible Casual Chill Team Member to join our Chill department.

This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility. Most hours offered through this position will be on-call opportunities during busy periods, staff shortages, special promotions, and seasonal demand. This job is great also if you are heading back to school in the Fall!

Our Chill Team Members create the treats our guests love while helping maintain a fast-paced, clean, and friendly environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Casual Chill Team Member, you will:

- Prepare Blizzards, cones, sundaes, shakes, and frozen treats
- Decorate and prepare ice cream cakes
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards
- Keep Chill stations stocked, clean, and organized
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support the team during peak service periods
- Be available to respond to short-notice shift opportunities when possible

Availability Expectations This is a casual/on-call position, which means:

- Hours are not set and we will try to schedule one shift per week




- Additional hours will primarily be offered based on operational needs
- On-call shifts may be offered on short notice
- While availability for call-ins is highly valued, accepting every offered shift is not required unless otherwise agreed upon

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Able to multitask under pressure
- Flexible with evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
- Willing to learn cake decorating and Chill station procedures

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
