Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CCM SmartCOMM Architect / SME to join a high-impact enterprise project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Precisely SmartCOMM (CCM) , strong Java development skills, and experience designing and implementing enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Precisely SmartCOMM (CCM)
- Experience working as a SmartCOMM Architect, Technical Lead, or Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Solid Java development experience
- Experience designing, implementing, and integrating SmartCOMM solutions
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- ReactJS
- Spring Boot
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Agile/Scrum experience

Responsibilities




- Design and architect enterprise SmartCOMM solutions.
- Develop and customize SmartCOMM templates, workflows, and document generation processes.
- Integrate SmartCOMM with Java-based enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CCM solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- Strong expertise in SmartCOMM/Precisely SmartCOMM.
- Proven experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
- Strong Java programming skills.
- ReactJS experience is a plus.
