America operates over 450 locations across the U.This position is responsible to lead and manage cement plant operations and all related services, including production, maintenance, quality, CAPEX, and plant accounting, while ensuring compliance with labor, safety, environmental, and corporate policies and regulations.

Develop long-term stay-in-business (SIB) and improvement CAPEX strategies to ensure a sustainable and competitive plant future. Establish strong collaboration with corporate support, sales, and logistics functions. Foster positive relationships with the local community and relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Alternatively, a proven long-term track record in production, maintenance, or as an Assistant Plant Manager within a cement plant environment. Sound operational judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced plant environment.
