Academy seeks a passionate childcare leader to oversee Centre operations and implement strategic direction. You will ensure a high-quality environment and manage financial performance while mentoring your team. The ideal candidate excels in communication, leadership, and problem-solving within a nurturing educational environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily leadership to achieve financial and enrollment targets
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and ministry representatives




- Train and guide teams through scheduling and feedback
- Ensure health and safety for children and team members
- Develop collaborative partnerships within the community Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- RECE in good standing and supervisory experience
- Childcare Management Certificate is an asset
- Strong understanding of CCYEA regulations
