Key Responsibilities

- Lead all financial operations across approximately seven corporate entities
- Manage banking relationships and mortgage financing
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury, wire transfers, and cheque issuance
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and ongoing cash flow projections
- Oversee payroll administration and year‑end reporting
- Manage CRA remittances, including HST, payroll source deductions, and corporate tax requirements




- Coordinate year‑end financial reporting and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Oversee bank reconciliations and financial controls
- Manage insurance renewals and accounting systems
- Prepare T5 reporting and oversee investment accounting
- Oversee tenant accounts and financial administration
- Partner with ownership on strategic financial planning and financing initiatives

Qualifications

- Previous commercial real estate experience is required
- Experience working in multi‑entity organizations
- Robust expertise in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash‑flow management, and financing
- Public accounting experience is considered an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
