We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on data, records, and technology modernization. This contract runs until October 31, 2026, with a strong possibility of extension, and follows a hybrid work model (1 day onsite per week plus every fourth Friday).

This role involves leading people change management workstreams, driving adoption of new tools and processes, and supporting enterprise-wide transitions, including migration to cloud-based data services and enhancement of internal tools. The ideal candidate brings strong change management expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working within data and technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead People Change Management (PCM) activities across multiple transformation initiatives
- Assess change impacts and define change strategies, plans, and workstreams
- Support enterprise transition from on-premises to cloud-based data services
- Contribute to enhancements of internal tools (e.g., JIRA-based intake platforms)
- Develop and execute communication strategies,



including presentations, FAQs, articles, and multimedia content
- Collaborate with project teams, training teams, and stakeholders to align change, communication, and training plans
- Build strong relationships across business units and facilitate stakeholder engagement
- Drive adoption, user readiness, and behavioral change to support successful transformation outcomes

Must-Have Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Change Management / Consulting roles
- Experience supporting data, records, or technology-driven initiatives
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into easy, user-friendly content
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience within financial services / large enterprise environments
- French language skills (for bilingual communication support)
