Change Manager – 2

Location Address: 4 King Street W, 3rd floor.

Work arrangement: 2-4 days in the office per week.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Extension: Consultants will be extended to 24 months

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in process excellence, business transformation, operational improvement, consulting, project delivery, or related roles. Expertise in end‑to‑end process mapping, redesign, and optimization.
- Experience working in banking, banking operations, financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to assess business challenges, identify opportunities, and implement practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Whiteboard and process mapping tools such as Visio or Blue Works.
- Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, and reporting.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Black Belt, process excellence certification, or change management experience considered an asset.

Education:

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Best candidate is process‑savvy and stakeholder‑aligned. Brings solid experience working within structured processes, effectively aligning stakeholders across teams, and navigating complex financial institutions with confidence. Experience in change management and adoption planning.

1st round: VP, senior managers, or Directors – 45 mins – Online – Experience check, talk about yourself, and scenario-based questions.

2nd round – SVP – 45 mins – Online – Cultural fit and scenario-based questions.
