Lead underground geology operations at Lake Shore Gold's Bell Creek Mine in Porcupine, Ontario. This full time Chief Mine Geologist role focuses on managing geology teams and grade control for efficient mining operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete geology activities at the Bell Creek Mine.

Your responsibilities include managing the geology team, ensuring accurate geological models, and supporting mine planning efforts. Working closely with the Mine Manager, you will be integral to the success of both production and exploration activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily grade control and ore/waste calls
- Oversee geological data collection and sampling
- Review and approve underground mine layouts
- Develop yearly drilling schedules and budgets
- Mentor and develop skills of geotechnicians Requirements:
- B.Sc in Geology required
- 8-10 years’ experience in exploration and production geology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and GIS software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
