Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll focus on trauma-informed practices, mental health education, and community resource connections. Your contributions are essential in fostering a culturally safe environment for clients and families across the Fraser Health regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed mental health and psycho-social assessments
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions
- Provide consultative services to community resources
- Document clinical records and support service evaluation Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
- Two years of clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health
- Registration eligibility with a relevant professional association
- Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle insurance
