________________________________________ About Us Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Remote CIAM Consultant for our client in Canada.

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Consultant to provide strategic advisory and architecture expertise for a large-scale enterprise identity program. This is a consulting and architecture-focused role rather than a hands-on engineering position.

The successful candidate will work closely with business, security, and technology stakeholders to define identity strategy, develop roadmaps, and provide architectural guidance for customer identity and access management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support enterprise CIAM strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide architectural guidance for customer identity solutions, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), customer authentication and authorization, and application integrations.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives, security requirements, and technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer identity experiences, automation, governance, and operational maturity.

Required Qualifications





- Extensive experience developing CIAM strategies and designing enterprise identity architectures within complex organizations.
- Expert knowledge of modern identity standards, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
- Robust understanding of leading CIAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra External ID, or similar) and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.
- Proven experience providing strategic advisory or consulting services for enterprise identity and access management initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous hands-on experience administering or implementing enterprise CIAM platforms.
- Industry certifications related to CIAM or identity and access management.
- Experience with governance, compliance, service management, and identity lifecycle best practices.

________________________________________ Compensation Salary Range: $100.00 – $120.00 per hour
