Provide technical leadership in the delivery and design management of infrastructure projects and major infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory standards, and best practices.



Deliver packages of work as Engineer‑of‑Record with the assistance of other technical and production staff.

Provide oversight and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff undertaking technical design work. Degree in Civil Engineering. 15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project delivery in infrastructure sectors such as transportation, transit, conveyance, municipal, and highway.

Experience mentoring and coaching junior and intermediate engineers. Ability to build and harbour good working relationships with our business partners, suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Inroads is ideal but not essential.
