Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to keep spaces spotless.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials to ensure availability at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies used to ensure accountability.
Skills
- Previous custodial or Residential and Commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to commercial environments.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues.

Pay: $36,608.00-$39,000.00 per year
