Shift Type: Part Time Shift Days: Varies Shift Hours: Varies Pay Rate: $21.98/ hourly JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES





Moving furniture

Cleaning Ptacs

Other projects asked by manager or supervisor

Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner

Report equipment repairs and stock shortages

Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs

Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment

Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

Ability to read & understand labels & instructions

Previous custodial experience an asset excellent communication skills

Comfortable using electronics

REQUIREMENTS

Must be available to work weekends

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Pressure washing experience Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
