Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of all designated areas
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are maintained and identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment
- Assign tasks based on priority, workload, and staff strengths while fostering a positive team environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns, provide updates,



and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement safety protocols related to facilities maintenance and heavy lifting to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements

- Proven custodial or facilities maintenance experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning processes
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment required for effective cleaning and minor repairs
- Excellent communication skills to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and interact professionally with clients
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, use of power tools, and facilities maintenance
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
