YARSA Immigration Services Inc. is expanding its Canadian Citizenship division and is looking for a confident, client focused professional to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building trust, qualifying prospective clients, and helping them understand their immigration or citizenship options before they meet with our supervising RCIC.

About the Role

As our Client Intake & Consultation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in Canadian citizenship matters.

You will answer general questions, conduct preliminary client intake, gather relevant family information, explain our services, follow up with prospective clients, and help qualified individuals move forward with retaining our firm.

You will work under the supervision of our RCIC. Legal advice, legal assessments, and final eligibility determinations will always be provided by the supervising RCIC.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective clients by phone, Zoom, email, and social media
- Conduct preliminary client intake and gather relevant information
- Explain YARSA Immigration Services' programs and services
- Collect information regarding family history, citizenship history, and supporting documentation
- Identify potential eligibility indicators for review by the supervising RCIC
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner




- Build trust and maintain excellent client relationships
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients through professional communication
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and client records
- Coordinate with the supervising RCIC regarding client assessments and next steps
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in immigration client services, client intake, legal support, sales, customer success, or business development
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Fluency in Persian (Farsi)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow up and client relationship abilities
- Confidence speaking with clients by phone and video conference
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

The following would be considered strong assets:
- Experience with Canadian citizenship matters
- Knowledge of Canadian Citizenship by Descent
- Familiarity with Bill C-3
- Experience using CRM software
- Previous experience working in an immigration or legal office

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Professional Boundaries





This position does not involve providing independent immigration or citizenship advice.

The successful candidate will provide general information, conduct preliminary client intake, explain the firm's services, and support client development under the supervision of an RCIC.

Legal advice, legal opinions, eligibility assessments, and case recommendations will only be provided or approved by the supervising RCIC.
